Q: How long is the shipping?

A: 48 hours within UK if order is placed (and payment) received before 4pm. Due to the high demand for some products, expect some delays. 

    For European customers, estimated delivery time will be 3-10 days depending on your location. Please also note that: 

  • The delivery periods as provided are indicative only.
  • The estimated shipping time does not include possible customs delays.
  • The general and specific holidays in the destination country are not taken into account.
  • We can not be held responsible for missing the estimated delivery periods.
  • In the case of product returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

A: Yes within 30 days of purchase. The product must be sent back in its original package and intact.
